Q1. I want to uninstall this software. How should I go?
A1. Uninstalling is easy. Go to Start- Control Panel-Add or Remove Programs Select this Software from the list and then press the remove button .Or You can do it from your software too . Just go to Main tab then press the Remove Program .It will also take you to the Window’s Add or Remove Programs option directly.

Q2. How can I register the trial version?
A2. Once you buy the product, you will receive an unique Registration Key and User Name .Just put this Registration Key and User Name into the software’s registration area, your software will be registered & fully functional.

A5. The retail boxes shown on our web site & other media formats are actually virtual boxes and do not represent any packaging material.

A7. Once you buy the product & get the registration key, we do not offer any refunds for the products.

A8. No. Just download the .exe file again. Put the registration key and User Name given to you in the registration area of your software and the software will start working again.
